Can I bring my data from another system?
Yes. Charts of accounts, subledger accounts, journals and budgets are imported from Excel or CSV. Columns are matched automatically in English or Arabic, and you can adjust them before importing.
Is each company's data kept separate?
Yes. Every request is checked on the server against the company and the user's permissions. Users only see the companies they have been given access to.
Can we produce statements in Arabic?
Yes. The application, the reports, the financial statements with their notes, and the PDF and Excel exports are all available in Arabic and English.
Can it fit our sector?
Yes. You keep your own chart of accounts, design your statement layouts, choose your dimensions and document types, and set the fiscal year and currency for each company. Ratios and analysis follow the same setup.
